Stellantis is quickly putting its Dare Forward 2030 strategy plan into action. This plan aims to be number one in all product and service markets regarding customer satisfaction.

Environmental and regulatory concerns influence the industry's distribution strategy and push brand product lines toward electrification. All Stellantis companies have mutually committed to achieving 100% of passenger car sales in Europe from battery electric cars (BEVs) by the end of 2030, as declared on Stellantis "EV Day" in July 2021. Only BEVs will be introduced in the luxury and premium segments beginning in 2025, followed by the complete portfolio. The fact that all new automobiles in Europe will be electric starting in 2026 is very significant.

Stellantis wants to be at the forefront of change by giving its trading network enough time to adjust to a market that is getting increasingly competitive as new companies enter the market.

"The Stellantis vision is to create a long-term distribution model." "These improvements will benefit all stakeholders, with the customer experience at the forefront," stated Uwe Hochschurtz, Chief Operating Officer for Stellantis' Enlarged Europe area. "With a greater choice of services, our customers may benefit from a multi-brand and multi-channel strategy." Dealers will benefit from a new and efficient business model focused on leveraging the 14 Stellantis Group brands, establishing synergies, minimizing distribution costs, and providing more sustainable mobility solutions. "Our partners play a crucial role as our brands' local advocates."

Stellantis and its business partners collaborated to build the future model while keeping the GMO framework (Block Exemption Regulation) in mind, with Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg piloting the transformation process in July 2023. The remainder of Europe will progressively implement the new distribution plan.

Comparing economic modeling with the suggested model shows that our network will be at least as profitable, if not more profitable, considering Stellantis's ability to cover more costs and our business partners' lower risk.

Organizations at the country level are involved in the transformation process in preparation for this change. They are intended to be more adaptable and agile in responding to the new customer journey, resulting in a more efficient and sustainable ecosystem capable of shaping the growth of the automotive sector.
